Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kantora's cross-system tracing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Kantora provides cross-system tracing capabilities that reconstruct operational traces by reading event data from your connected systems. The Service is read-only and does not modify, create, or delete records in your operational systems.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have authorization to grant read access to connected systems
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We access your system data solely to provide the tracing service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
